Keep updating the UI
This is by far my favorite app for Eisenhowers method to get things done. Simple & effective.
...there also were numbers in the classics theme overview ...it could import or better sync iOS tasks ...there were more categories icons (money symbol for one) or I could import icons from the iOS emoticon list So overall it does what it does and I am still trying it out. It could use some polishing.
This is a terrible app - you cant see all your tasks at once. The quadrants are there but you need to click each one individually to see what the c
I use this app every day - several times. Its very easy to reorganize priorities. It would be nice to be able to see all 4 quadrants on one page. Also, I would like to be able to recall my accomplishments per week or per month.
I have only started to use it but I think it will be great. It is simple and it organizes tasks into the only categories you really need which is whether or not they are important and urgent. I would like to see the app sync with a website so that I can work from a computer if I dont have my iphone or iPad. I also would like to have the ability to see competed tasks. Overall I really like the app mainly for the simplicity and how it divides tasks in accordance with the seven habits.
I like the program: its better than other Do List apps Ive tried. What I like is that: - I dont have to make a single rating of importance for an item, but can move items around within the 4 quadrants for Important/Unimportant & Urgent/Nonurgent. - Items can also be categorized along a 3rd dimension with categories I can decide on myself, such as Things to read; Communicating with others; Stuff to do; Things to write. This way, if Im in a reading mood I can pull out all items listed as To Read. - I can also put deadlines for when things need to be done by. What I dont like: - I cant figure out how to print the list; - There doesnt seem to be an easy way to change the quadrant for an item without just deleting it from one quadrant and adding it to another; -Im not sure, but I think that when the deadline has passed, the app just deletes the item rather than keeping it on the list till you say its done. - I dont see a way to order items by deadline dates. But it is still a definite improvement over paper and pencil lists!
I was excited to get a simple Covey style matrix app, but the app doesnt run on my iPad Air 16GB with iOS 7.1.1. Avoid.
very useful

Id not like you to show numbers of to do but also contents of to do on the list.
A truly great app thatll help you manage your time and ToDo tasks!
Thats a pretty nice app with great potential because its organised on an extremely simple basis. Theres just one logical problem with it - in category view, green tasks come before blue ones, which is weird when you think about green for not important and not urgent, and blue for not important but urgent. One would think they should be ordered in the opposite way? But in general, its pretty awesome, helps to stay organised fast and efficiently.
Much better, than I expected. It would be great to support syncing with some external source.
Glad to use it
Hi guys, Great app, but could you please maybe add a filter for a view of only due today entries and also a view of all the entries on one screen like Priority matrix has? Would be cool, thnx in advance!
I found this app to be very useful!
I love the design and the look of the app. Would have been better with a way to remind with alarms or a reminder calendar.
Just needs a little more oomph maybe an alert you can setup to go off at your set given time? Youre not able to write the whole task title it just cuts off the rest.
